Opening Hours
Our website is open 24 hours a day. We also have a dedicated call centre open 9:00-5:30 Monday – Friday.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders of £15 or more. Orders under £15 will incur a delivery charge of £4.99. We aim to deliver all orders to your door within 4 working days from the receipt of your order. If you would like to receive it earlier then we also offer a next (working) day delivery service for an additional £4.99. Please note, that for next day delivery, orders have to be placed before 1pm. There are no weekend deliveries.
International Delivery
Currently Lucozade shop can only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands). We are looking to expand our international delivery options in the future – please check our website for the latest information. For further information, contact our Customer Services centre.
Payments
We use WorldPay to take secure payments and we accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Switch and Solo. We reserve the right not to accept orders over £1,000 – please contact our Customer Services team on 0845 602 1496 if you wish to place a high value order.
Club, Team or small Business orders

We have just invested in new warehousing systems to ensure a fast, efficient delivery of your packages. Our system allows for you to despatch to a different address so you can ship to your work address for convenience. With new order processing systems also introduced we are committed to providing you with the very highest customer service levels and safe and secure online shopping.
Product Quality
Lucozade Sport is subjected to rigorous quality testing to ensure that each product is effective and safe. Lucozade Sport is tested by an independent laboratory, and is safe for professional athletes to use during sport and training. However, specific medical advice should always be sought from a qualified medical practitioner. Our production processes are carefully controlled to ensure the very highest standards.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your products, you can return your products to us for a refund or to exchange for similar priced items. A returns form is printed on the reverse of the despatch note sent with your order. If you no longer have this form, please contact our Customer Services team for a replacement.
If for any reason you feel the quality of the product is not as expected or you feel that the products have produced ill effects, then please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0845 602 1496 before you action any return.
Please note that we can only refund or exchange products purchased through www.lucozadeshop.com – if you purchased the product elsewhere, please contact that retailer directly.

Loyalty programme
Welcome to the brand new Lucozade Shop loyalty scheme where the more you spend, the more you earn. Introducing the new points based system, you can look forward to automatic rewards direct to your inbox to spend online on Lucozade Sport’s wide range of exciting new products. If you have any questions regarding the new scheme please contact us. Here’s how it works:
- Calculation of your loyalty discount is based on a cumulative points system, the amount of money you spend on the site, correlates to points, you get 1 point for every £1 you spend.
- When you reach 100 points you can redeem these points for a £10 e-voucher created by our system and unique to you, to use on our site.
- The system will automatically create an e-Voucher once you reach 100 points. Your points total will be reset at that point. You will keep any additional points over 100 that you had at that point. (For example, if you were on 90 points and placed an order for £40, you would receive a £10 e-Voucher and your points balance would be 30 points)
- E-vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Only 1 e-voucher can be used per order.
- E-vouchers can only be used on orders from our site of £30 or more (excluding postage charges).
