With 20g of high quality protein per 30g portion, it helps promote muscle protein synthesis after high-intensity resistance training. It’s scientifically proven to aid muscle mass.

You can use Lucozade Sport Pro Muscle Size & Strength at any time during the day to help meet your (increased) protein needs. However, to help encourage increases in muscle mass and strength, the product should be consumed during or immediately after high intensity resistance exercise. For best results, mix two scoops with 250ml of water.

Ingredients

Whey Protein Isolate (67%), Dried Skimmed Milk, Fat-reduced Cocoa Powder, Flavouring, Stabiliser (Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Soya Lecithin, Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K). Contains a source of Phenylalanine.

May contain traces of Celery.

NUTRITION INFORMATION: Typical values per 100ml made up as directed: Energy 180kJ (42kcal), Protein 8.2g, Carbohydrate 1.9g (of which sugars 1.7g), Fat 0.2g (of which saturates 0.1g), Fibre 0.4g, Sodium - Trace.

Dilute contents of sachet to 250ml with water and stir/shake to mix. Once made up, store in a cool place & consume within 12 hours.
