Developed for the England rugby squad for their trip to Australia, Lucozade Sport Hydro Active PLUS is designed to provide effective hydration for exercise in extreme conditions by replacing fluid lost in sweat and essential salts such as sodium. Its low levels of carbohydrate help with calorie counting and weight loss. Being hypotonic it encourages fast absorption into the body

Simply mix your stick pack powder with 500ml of cold water. During any medium to high intensity exercise session in hot and humid conditions. A typical consumption for sport or exercise would be: Before: Drink 200-500ml shortly before to ensure you are hydrated. During: Drink 125-150ml every 15-20 mins to replace the fluid and sodium lost in sweat. After: Drink at least 500ml as soon as possible to aid recovery in replacing fluid and sodium lost during exercise.

Sugar, Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Flavouring, Anti-caking Agent (Tri-calcium Phosphate), Colour (Beta-carotene). May contain traces of Milk, Soybean and Celery.

For adults participating in active sport and exercise.

Dilute contents of 1 sachet (24g) to 500ml with water and stir/shake to dissolve. Once diluted store in a cool place and consume within 12 hours.
