If your exercise goals include maintaining fitness, improving body tone or weight management, a hypotonic exercise drink such as Lucozade Sport Hydro Active is ideal, particularly during medium to high intensity exercise sessions of around an hour, or low intensity running or football for over 30 minutes.

Lucozade Sport Hydro Active contains sodium to help hydrate the body more effectively. It’s also a hypotonic drink, meaning it encourages fast absorption from the stomach into the body, leading to effective fluid replacement. It tastes great and contains just 50 calories per 500ml serving.

Mix 1 sachet with 500ml of water. Drink 200-500ml shortly before exercise to ensure you are hydrated. Drink 125-150ml every 15-20 minutes during exercise to replace the fluid and sodium lost in sweat. After exercise, drink at least 500ml as soon as possible to aid recovery in replacing fluid and sodium lost during exercise.

Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Aspartame), Flavouring, Vitamins (Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, B12). Contains a source of Phenylalanine. May contain traces of Milk, Soybean and Celery.

NUTRITION INFORMATION: (Typical values per 100ml made up as directed): Energy 41kJ (10kcal), Protein -Trace, Carbohydrate 1.9g (of which sugars 0.2g), Fat - Nil (of which saturates - Nil), Fibre – Nil, Sodium - Trace, Niacin 0.61mg (3.4% RDA), Vit B6 0.068mg (3.4% RDA), Vit B12 0.034µg (3.4% RDA), Pantothenic Acid 0.20mg (3.4% RDA), Calcium 42mg (5.3% RDA).

Each 500ml serving provides 17% RDA of the vitamins listed and 27% RDA of calcium. *RDA=Recommended Daily Allowance. Typical mineral value per 100ml: Sodium 38mg, Calcium 42mg.

Dilute 1 sachet (14g) to 500ml with water and stir/shake to dissolve. Once diluted, store in a cool place and consumer within 12 hours.
