Designed for endurance or high intensity events, where you need to enhance both physical endurance and also mental alertness - such as football or sprinting.

It has all the benefits of Lucozade Sport Body Fuel, plus the added benefit of 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine can improve performance in short and long term endurance events, as well as short term, high intensity intermittent exercise.

Mix two scoops with 500ml of water. You should drink 500ml an hour before exercise to allow the caffeine to peak in the bloodstream and then, optionally, drink every 15-20 minutes during long duration exercise.

Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Flavouring, Caffeine (0.21%), Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamins (Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, B12). Contains a source of Phenylalanine.

May contain traces of Milk, Soybean and Celery.
