You can use Lucozade Sport Pro Muscle Size & Strength at any time during the day to help meet your protein needs. However, to help encourage increases in muscle mass and strength, the product should be consumed during or immediately after high intensity resistance exercise. For best results, mix two scoops with 250ml of water.
